Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Camp Clarity it means that we have reserved time with schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your session less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. To avoid a Forfeiting your appointment fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your session. You can cancel or reschedule your session by emailing us at info@campclarity.org. I have read and agree to the Session Cancellation Policy Camp Clarity – Liability Release I consent that I am in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder my participation in any activity with Shane Fuller (ByHaze) or at any Camp Clarity event or location. These activities include, but are not limited to, sound healing sessions, wellness workshops, ceremonies, meditative events, retreats, group or private offerings, and other programming facilitated by Camp Clarity. I understand that my participation in all offerings held by Shane Fuller (ByHaze), his colleagues, collaborators, contractors, and/or team members are strictly for personal development, mindfulness, and wellness support. I understand that any personal medical or mental health concerns should remain under the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional. Any guidance or support offered is intended as a complement to—not a replacement for—professional care. I release any liability to take legal action against Shane Fuller, Camp Clarity, its affiliates, employees, instructors, or contractors. My participation in all activities is confirmation that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown, without limitation—that may occur as a result of my involvement. I hereby release my image should photos or video be taken during group activities or sessions that may later appear in media content including websites, social media platforms, newsletters, or press materials. By signing this release, responding to this email, attending a Camp Clarity session or workshop, or participating in any Camp Clarity-affiliated experience, I acknowledge that I have read and completely understand the terms of this release. I affirm that I am of sound mind and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
